• 1 General Provisions

  MDPortal.az is a web platform designed for managing hospital staff. It provides functionality for tracking employee shifts, vacations, and other work-related information. The platform is intended for internal use by hospital personnel and will be sold to other healthcare institutions in the future.

• 2 Registration and Access

  Registration is required to use the platform. Administrators are created manually by the system developers, and administrators have full rights to create and manage users within the system. Access to the platform is restricted to hospital personnel.

• 3 Use of the System

  The platform is intended solely for managing hospital personnel, including tracking shifts, vacations, and other work-related processes. Users are required to comply with the usage rules, not use the system for unauthorized purposes, and not upload unauthorized content.

• 4 Data Storage

  MDPortal.az collects and stores employee information, including their names and other data necessary for the functionality of the system. All data is stored in a database owned by the system developers. In the event that the platform is sold to another hospital, the database will remain under the control of the developers.

• 5 Intellectual Property

  The software and database of MDPortal.az are owned by the developers. The use of the software is governed by this agreement. The platform is provided for use within the limitations and purposes specified in this agreement.

• 6 Limitation of Liability

  The developers are not responsible for data loss, technical failures, or damages caused by the use of the platform. All actions related to data management and user access are carried out according to the permissions granted to administrators.

• 7 Privacy

  MDPortal.az does not collect personal data of patients. All data entered by employees into the system is protected using standard security measures, such as data encryption. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and data.

• 8 Governing Law

  This agreement is governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. In case of disputes, the parties will attempt to resolve them through negotiations, and if that is not possible, in accordance with applicable laws

• 9 Changes to Terms

  The developers reserve the right to modify the terms of use. Users will be notified of significant changes to these terms via the platform. The most recent version of the Terms of Use will be available on the MDPortal.az website.
